Article of the Day 2/20/17

In Utah there is a certain cultural norm that women are supposed to stay home and raise the children. This however is not the case for every person. Some women have a better education than their spouse or do not have a spouse. In both cases wouldn't it be unwise for these women to sit at home?? The touch of sarcasm in the article was good and strong enough for me to notice. I personal want to be a stay at home mother. I want to do this for my own reasons, but that is not stopping me from getting my degree. I am even considering after my bachelors to get an MBA once I graduate from UVU with my bachelors in Business Management. I believe that women and men should try to their best ability to get an education for their family so that they can raise a healthy family. I want to be a stay at home mother because I was raised that way and I believe the way that is easiest to raise a child to turn out well is to do it with your own hands. Though some women do not want a family. I think that this is good too. People should not be able to decide whether or not a women can work for the same salary as her male counterpart.
